When a Customer agrees to receive replenishment notifications, either by accepting the default replenishment interval or selecting a custom interval, we will schedule a reminder for each product within that order.
For example, all four of these products were contained within a single order and each has been set to the selected replenishment interval (weekly):
The customer will receive a single email in this instance and the link in the email will pre-populate the cart with all four of those products.
The customer can, however, log in to the customer replenishment portal and do one of two things:
1. Cancel one or more products from generating replenishment emails
2. Change the replenishment interval of one or more of these products
When a customer has products set up with differing reminder intervals, they will receive an email for each interval. The email will contain a link to the pre-populated cart containing only the products associated with that interval, even if they originated from different orders.
